Lakenham children are engaged and motivated by learning that develops and stretches them, and excites their imagination.

Our children thrive not just on learning new things but also by learning in different ways; outside, through play, using drama, in groups, individually, through art, music and physical activity. They learn from and with each other, by listening, watching, talking and doing.

Our learning philosophy centres around the development of the whole child, their development academically, physically, socially, and emotionally. All members of our community are encouraged to build on and discover new skills to enable them to lead successful lives in the future.
