The second group of Lakenham Junior Bakers for 2016-17 were
Paul Clarke, Reece Daley, Kristal Fuller, Harrison Gee, Olivia Rayner, Anya Southwell and Chloe Ware

This year we donated £131.00 to Macmillan Cancer Support from our stall.
The Bakers enjoyed cooking and dressing up for the Halloween Stall.
Our Reindeer biscuits were very popular as we sold out all our products on the Christmas Fair stall.
The Bakers last Summer Fair stall in July 2017.
This year the Bakers made a profit of £88 each and recieved a recipe book of their favourite recipes as a souvenir of their time as a Lakenham Junior Baker.
Lakenham Junior Bakers began in June 2015 as an enterprise micro bakery.
The Bakers for 2015-16 were
Kamron Aga, Bonnee Colman, Caitlynn Dalton, Phoenix Emerson Lovecraft, Harvey MacPhee, Kaylee Rose, Oliver Smith, Alana Sweeney and Nathan Thrussell
plus Ruth the cook, Mrs Dunthorne and Mrs Henson
Each week the Bakers cooked different breads, cakes or biscuits and each half term they sold their products on a stall.
In September 2015 the Bakers sold their cakes to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
We send Macmillan a donation of £137.66.

As well as baking for the Bakers stalls we also made mincemeat stars and served them to all the children in school at Christmas Dinner.

The Bakers also made a ‘GOOD’ cake to celebrate the school being rated as Good by OFSTED and shared this with everyone in school as part of the celebrations.

At the end of the year the original Bakers made a profit of £93 and had a cookbook of their favourite recipes to remember their time as a Lakenham Junior Baker.
