Lakenham Primary School works as part of a cluster of schools, including Hewett High School, BIgnold and Cavell Primary Schools, and the children’s centre, providing a wide range of extended services to our local community.

Jointly we employ an extended services co-ordinator who promotes the development of a range of services and provision for children in our area. This includes holiday clubs, afterschool games and activities and courses for parents and families.

Breakfast and After School Club

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and, to ensure that our children have the best possible start to the day, we provide breakfast at Lakenham Primary School. If you wish to stay and eat with your child then you can purchase breakfast from the canteen between 8:30 and 9:00.

If you wish us to supervise your child then we charge £1.75 per child for supervision, games and activities between, 8:00 and 9:00 in addition to payment for the breakfast. Our after School club runs from 3:30 until 6. Each day the children participate in a range of planned activities including cookery, film night, music etc. The cost of attending the club is £4.75.
