COMPASS
Dear Parents/Carers,
We’re excited to let you know that our school will be using Compass as our parent portal instead of Pupil Asset, Parent Pay or School Cloud after half term.
Compass will allow you to:
- Receive school communications
- Provide consent and make payments
- Book parent-teacher conferences
- View your child’s attendance
- See school reports
Next week, you’ll receive a separate email with your Compass login details.
- Before this happens, you can be prepared by downloading the App. App: Search “Compass School Manager” in your app store
We ask that ALL families download the App. When we can see that the majority of parents have done this, then we can move forward with this change.
Once you receive the email this, you’ll be able to log in via:
- Our school website – www.lakenhamprimaryschool.co.uk and
- The app
We encourage you to log in as soon as you receive your details and explore the platform.
We will be starting with booking lunches and adding different areas at a time to ensure that all is working properly for both us and families.
You might be thinking, what can I do to help this process? Please make sure that you have cleared any debt on Parent Pay. The new system will require families to prepay and pre-order. Funds can not be transferred between the systems.
