Physical Education Year 1

Spring Term
During our Spring Lockdown we enjoyed lots of walking and gentle activity with our families. We have enjoyed taking part in Yoga to help us stretch our bodies and to help us focus on our breathing and balance. Lots of our siblings, mummies and daddies joined in too!

To help us with our cooperation, communication and social skills, we learnt about football and have begun to use our the different parts of our feet to control the ball.
